Eaton’s Charlotte Distribution Center is currently seeking a Pack Center Assembler on 2nd shift to join our team. This position is based at our Charlotte, NC facility.
Position Overview:
In this position you will pack various products and sometimes work on machinery which is part of the packaging process. You will be required to meet production standards that are attached to each job.

In this function you will:
- Packing and visual inspection of a variety of parts and products.
- Placement of material in standard boxes, cartons or other containers for shipment or storage.
- Folds, stacks, lifts and arranges articles in cartons are container to prevent breakage or damage. Closes and marks packages.
- Will attach labels and insert instruction sheets as needed and then placing carton on shipping pallets.
- May operate machinery to aid in the packing process
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC will be considered for this position
Preferred qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- One year experience in warehouse operations
