- Starting wage for LPNs of $24.90/hour and a guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be supporting patients in the transitional care unit and/or long-term care in Burnsville, MN. Nurse performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU *transitional care unit residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.
Nursing schedule includes;
- Full-time and part-time available on all shifts!
- Day shifts; typical shift times 6:30am-3:00pm
- Evening shifts ; typical shift times 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Night shifts ; typical shift times 10:30pm-7:00am
- On-call available as well
- Every other weekend rotation/holidays

- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Qualifications
- One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
- Associates Degree
- Must have current MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
