Eber & Associates is looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to sell, cross-sell, and service personal lines of insurance. Applicants must have a property and casualty license to qualify for this position, but we are willing to train the Right Candidate! Work Arrangement: Full-Time
Salary Compensation: $30- $60K
License: P&C license required. Willing to train the Right Candidate for licensure.
Manage a personal book of business, expected to answer phones and service accounts for clients.
- Quote, and process new business, policy changes, and coverages
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and producers by providing a superior level of service
- Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products and coverages
- Work with multiple insurance carriers
- Cross-sell, up-sell existing clients and ask for life referrals
