GOBI’s Contoocook-based helpdesk team has an exciting opportunity for an intern to join their group. This intern will help support our GOBI NH facility with a variety of duties including but not limited to:

• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
• Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
• Assist with inventory check-in, storage room maintenance and recycling of old hardware.
• Other duties as requested.
  
  

Basic Requirements:

• High school Diploma
• 6 months or more technical experience either through school or work.
• Ability to lift 15-44lbs.
• Ability to work onsite at GOBI, 40 hours a week
• Ability to work remotely
  
  

Preferred Requirements :

• Previous technical internship experience
• Currently enrolled in a collegiate IT and or MIS degree program
• Tech savvy, enjoys working with people and computers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a very fast paced environment.
