JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
- Work with team to plan, supervise, and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for the class according to the principles and philosophy of the school.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn while following health and safety measures and more.
- Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of Early Childhood Classroom experience is a must.
- ECE Education and/or ECE Units (preferred)
- Substitutes must be sensitive in communicating with others and be able to relate professionally with children and adults.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet the employment requirements of the licensing agency including clear background check and Live Scan fingerprinting.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and educational training.
