Echo Electric Supply Company is an Independent wholesale electrical distributor that supplies electrical parts, equipment and services to the construction market.

Echo Electric has been in business since 1950, with the headquarters based in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Echo Electric Supply is independently owned and operated, boasts a large inventory and provides unique services like emergency power panels, wire paralleling and striping, engraving, and our digital eCommerce solutions to name a few.

We operate eighteen locations scattered throughout the Midwest and stock products from some of the top electrical manufactures in the industry. We currently employee multiple experienced and knowledgeable department professionals that specialize in the following solutions; power panels, switchboards, controls, lighting, fasteners, generators, motors, engraving, labeling, marking, commodities, quotations and automation in order to service our customers at a very high level.

We are primarily a B2B business serving the Electrical Contractors - Industrial, Commercial and residential along with original equipment manufacturers, industrial plants, and institutions such as hospitals, educational and commercial buildings.

Our growth has been aggressive over the last twenty years and we now operate locations in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota and Missouri. Job Description:
Echo Electric Supply is looking to add a person to our IT Support Team.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems (Server & Desktop level)

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolves issues
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Management of Spiceworks Severs
• Removing of termed employees accounts and profiles
• Support and setup of Mobile Devices (Apple, Android, etc.)
• Answer phone calls and tickets that come into the Help Desk
• Cable Management and installs
• General IT Maintenance
