Overview: Echo Springs Transition Study Center is a unique organization that empowers young adults to create independent, effective, and productive lives. We are seeking direct care advisors to work in our Sandpoint and Coeur d'Alene campuses. Various shifts are available and may include weekends, evenings, and overnight hours. We help people 24/7. Echo Springs serves young adults with direct one on one guidance designed to create a sustainable, healthy, independent life. Our work supports individuals to create healthy independence by supporting educational, civic, and constructive community engagement. Echo Springs mentors students in creating habits to support emotional well-being, building practical life skills, pursuits in higher education, vocational training, relationship coaching, and career development. We are looking for reliable individuals who are excited to make a difference for the young people we serve.
Responsibilities:
Direct one on one advising, mentoring and coaching
Transporting students to appointments
Teach life skills
Accurate and timely reporting
Qualifications:
Degree in psychology/social work/education is valued, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong professional boundaries
Ability to work traditional and non-traditional hours
Valid Drivers License/Insurance
Reliable transportation
Must be able to complete a criminal background check
Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts every day of the week.
