Echometer is searching for our next Customer Field Support Specialist. This is an opportunity for you to utilize your energy industry expertise for analyzing and optimizing the performance of oil, water, and gas wells. Successful candidates will:
· Have experience in the field of production and optimization utilizing Echometer equipment on a variety of Artificial Lift Systems.
· Have proven skills of acquiring and analyzing fluid level and dynamometer data.
· Provide on the spot instruction and troubleshooting support to Echometer equipment operators in the field.
· Have a strong technical computer aptitude and basic mechanical, electrical knowledge.
· Have the ability to work in a highly demanding environment of customer support through phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, and eventually travel to customer locations.
· Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the year.
· After properly trained, provide training on Echometer equipment operations, data acquisition, and data analysis.
· Represent the company in a professional manner that is safe and customer focused.
· Work cross-functionally with production/repair technicians so that repairs and shipments are executed according to customer expectations.
· Work closely with engineers on equipment and software testing.
Qualifications include:
· A minimum of 8 years’ experience as an artificial lift technician or similar/equivalent in the oil and gas industry.
· Proficient use of Echometer equipment and software on a variety of artificial lift systems.
· Minimum High School diploma.
· Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30% of the year.
· Assisting/participating in Technical Oil conferences (preferred) (i.e. ALRDC, SWPSC, SPE, PBIOS, others).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
