ECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy professional to join our Professional Services team focused on project coordination and success. This position will have the responsibility of coordinating and supporting new customer onboarding and aftermarket projects. As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for successfully completing a variety of daily tasks to support the Professional Services team, including the entering of new requests, assigning of resources, scheduling projects, and acting as a key customer liaison.
Responsibilities:
Communicate, coordinate, and build relationships with customers by providing a high level of customer service via email and phone
Manage all scopes of active projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Understanding the business needs of the customer in order to assign the best resource for the project based on skill set, geography, availability, etc.
Adequately selecting of resources to meet margin targets for the project.
Responsible for driving scheduling of resources to meet revenue and forecast targets
Manage multiple consultant schedules at a time and maintain most efficient capacity planning for them
Working with customers to drive to resolution any disputes regarding project schedules & budgets
Hosting internal/external meetings when project issues arise
Assist with revenue reconciliations against NetSuite data and Certinia project data
Improve customer processes and procedures geared towards maximized product utilization and satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration, business information systems, construction management, accounting, finance or a relevant discipline is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing personality comfortable with written and verbal communication internally and directly with the customer
Ability to draft and edit communications in Microsoft Word, and Excel, along with digital housekeeping related to file storage and document organization
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as work effectively in a team environment
Multitasker with the ability to focus on small and large tasks interchangeably
Strong in understanding the problem, capable of locating the skill or resource needed for the solution, and communicating those details both internally and externally to complete the task
Independently takes notes, tracks progress, and follows up on all project details
Ability to manage customer needs and set proper customer expectations
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent typing and computer skills, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment
Product and/or industry expertise
