The VP of Sales- Field Service-ThermoGrid Sales will report to the Division President and be responsible for selling products by implementing sales plansand supervising sales staff. Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets and Staffing. Responsibilities:Determines annual unit and revenue plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results of industry. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly bookingstreamsEstablishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for sales reps and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.Implements sales programs by developing new and after-marketsales action plans.Maintains sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Assists in establishing and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competition, and supply and demand.Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Provides tactical and strategic territory, account, and opportunity leadership to multiple Account Executives who report to themMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Track and analyze leads coming from Tele salesThis position can be located in Fort Worth, TX at the corporate headquarters, Dubuque, Iowa, Provo, UT office or remote.Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience:Minimum 5 year’s Enterprise Software sales management experience.Ability to travel up to 50%Must have skills to coach and assist reporting reps in relationship and benefit stream selling to “C” Level prospects, ability to understand business flow and articulate software benefits stream to prove out a return on investment.Negotiation skills are critical and ability to work with a prospect from cold call to close.Minimum 10 years of experience in sales (preferred in ERP software)Proven experience of growing revenue and scaling outside sales teamsHVAC experience considered an asset EducationUndergraduate College DegreeCandidates responding to this posting must currently and in the future possess the eligibility to work in the United States.ECI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
