Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our Sales team.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a hunter mentality and excel at identifying and engaging potential clients within the small to medium business segment in the San Diego and SoCal region.
  • This is an inside sales role that requires a proactive approach to prospecting, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
 
Pay Rate: 32.00 - 35.00$/Hour
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the small to medium business market in the San Diego and SoCal region.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to initiate conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business challenges to effectively position our [Product/Service] solutions as valuable solutions.
  • Understand compliance and risk advisory.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct thorough research on target industries and companies to tailor sales pitches and presentations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and establish relationships.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through feedback and coaching.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in an inside sales representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Sunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to cold-call, prospect, and close deals.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the San Diego and SoCal market is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
