What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Eclaro?
About the job:
- Initial one month contract only although extension is possible but not guaranteed.
Currently the receptionist tasks are as follows:
1.) Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
2.) Schedules necessary vendors as needed
3.) Greets visitors, vendors, service contractors and directs to proper personnel & /or task
4.) Pick up mail at post office
5.) Open mail, date stamp and sort via account manager through Epic.
6.) Scan all mail to appropriate recipient(s) &/or unrouted attachments in EPIC
7.) Add appropriate postage to all outgoing mail
8.) Create and send FEDEX and UPS packages as instructed
9.) Order general office supplies from WB Mason, unpack and store upon receipt
10.) Maintain office equipment ie. loading paper, toner etc. as needed.
11.) Monitor fax mailbox and distribute accordingly.
12.) Manage printing projects ie., print, mail and/or bind documents.
13.) Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel for projects as needed, including check log in spreadsheets
14.) Sort the various checks still being received in the office to go to the respective accounting lockboxes as well as sorting the various carrier statements for forwarding to the various Client mailboxes
15.) Updates other than creative services proposals in EPIC
16.) Review and distribution of all "mail received from carrier alerts and websites
17.) Any other projects as need and directed by management
Some of the above will be modified as we would not expect the temp to work within our agency system to the extent of our current employees.
Requirements:
1. Should be fully vaccinated.
2. Has experience as a corporate/company receptionist is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
