The eClerx Digital Americas team is growing and looking for a seasoned, motivated, team player to lead large Client Accounts/Engagements in the Americas. You will drive results by forging meaningful relationships and helping our teams deliver value for our clients. As a Client Engagement/Account leader you will take a collaborative approach to growing the business from both new and existing buying groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain active relationships with key Client sponsors and stakeholders, enabling them to meet their goals and KPIs by leveraging the depth and breadth of what eClerx has to offer.
- Responsible for Account growth and successful renewals through a consultative approach.
- Identify new opportunities to match service, solution and tech capabilities with client needs; aka - qualify well, and it is okay to say no thank you, if we are not the right partner for the Client’s needs
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to your Client portfolio.
- Experience managing Proposals, SOWs, MSAs in conjunction with respective support teams (Contracts, Legal, Finance etc)
- Delivering revenue forecasts and reporting on growth activity at a regular cadence
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, resourceful and adaptable.
- While this role can be performed remotely in most locations in the country, it requires willingness and ability to travel domestically when needed for internal and external/client facing meetings
- 15 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics SaaS products or professional services.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience working with Customers who are large Enterprise accounts (10,000 employees) as well as startups
- Strong MS Excel (work with pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint (comfortable starting with a blank template to making quick edits)
- Valid work authorization in US
Preferred Qualifications :
- BA/BS degree
- Bring a specific Industry/Domain/SME knowledge to the team (preferably in Technology, Hi-tech, Pharma, Healthcare)
- Experience in one or more of the following: marketing operations, analytics, web and ecommerce, creative and design, data and technology
- Preferred industry experience working with Customers in Technology, Software, High tech, Media and Entertainment, FinTech
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$195,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
