Manager, Sales Job Summary The Manager, Sales leads the team responsible for accomplishing residential solar sales, face-to-face, and in the Central OH market. Primary Responsibilities: Recruiting, building, managing, and developing the Ecohouse Solar sales team to ensure goals and strategies for the business are met. Responsible for team performance through meeting sales targets and retention goals established by the business. Coach sales team through performance/pipeline reviews, ride-along meetings, and other means. Maximize profitable sales growth by driving solar sale strategies as they relate to new customer development, managing and developing current customer accounts, and focusing on customer experience. Establish and maintain relationships within Ecohouse Solar, IGS Energy, customers, and vendors. Foster a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with the Construction, Electrical, and Operations Managers Ownership of communicating and operating the sales rep commission process, both with the team and other internal stakeholders. Ownership of final system design and contract “sign-off” for all customer projects. Actively participate and contribute as a member of the Ecohouse Solar management team. Review and resolve escalated customer complaints, concerns, and issues. Actively involved in supply chain coordination and inventory purchasing decisions. Local travel is required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Administration of all relevant systems and processes (e.g. Aurora, HubSpot, etc.) Required Skills: Highly motivated, self-driven, and committed to drive sales of profitable products for the business. Strong business acumen with leadership and analytical skills. Professional communicator with strong interpersonal and skills necessary to interface with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors. Proactive and driven thought leader to consider current and future sales strategy. Ability to build relationships with all internal/external partners via collaboration. Minimum Education and Experience: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study. Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a sales-driven environment. Preferred 5 years of sales leadership experience with a record of success, sales force development, and goal achievement. Salary : $81,200 - $103,000
