What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Management Specialist position at Ecolab?
Ecolab’s Dishmachine Program (EDP) manages over 150,000 leased dishmachines and 50,000 delivery and return orders. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing equipment lease requests from Field Associates, coordinating and tracking equipment deliveries and returns, as well as application of business and regulatory policies and procedures. This position has frequent contact with sales management and marketing to execute EDP programs for the benefit of Ecolab’s customers throughout North America.

What You Will Do
- Process new dishmachine sales orders and returns, while delivering customer satisfaction
- Coordinate special handling activities, including expedites and machine change-outs
- Process Lease Service Agreements and initiate complete and accurate billing
- Support division sales associates by addressing and resolving order, return, pricing and lease issues
- Collaborate with Regional Coordinator and sales leaders to activate region specific EDP initiatives
- Work across teams to resolve billing, order, return and supply chain issues
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills
- Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Customer service or supply chain experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- No immigration sponsorship available fo this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education degree completed or in process
- EBS-SAP experience
- Order entry / order processing experience
- Proficient use of MS Office program
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Enterprise Excellence or related project management experience
