We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team and drive revenue growth by selling our digital learning solutions to hospitality customers in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the South West of West Region of the USA near a major airport.

What You Will Do:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the hospitality industry by identifying and contacting decision-makers at target accounts.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital learning solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, develop and execute account plans that increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal Lobster Ink teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date on market trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process, from prospecting to closing
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50% depending on business needs)
Preferred Qualifications:
- A hunger and desire to win with a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its training needs is a plus
