Job Description: Clinical Program Manager
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide supportive services for our client. This position is a hybrid role.
The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:
- Monitor and track the progress of high-reliability efforts from Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) through the strategy plan and trends.
- Help develop standards and evaluation criteria for Trusted Care.
- Prepare a variety of documents such as letters, staff summary sheets, spreadsheets, presentations, and transmittals as needed.
- Evaluate and coach MTF staff members by performing onsite sustainment visits.
- Attend and lead meetings and respond to inquiries professionally through approved AFMS communication channels.
- Oversee training, coaching, education, or conference planning and lead as an instructor during any training event.
- Prepare summarized training reports from training events that cover the date, length, participants, and a short overview of lessons learned, risks, or best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a medical field.
- Must have Five (5) years’ experience in understanding industry High Reliability principles, practices and science, continuous process improvement and strategy.
- Must have Five (5) years of inpatient/outpatient clinical care experience.
- Must have one (1) year of instructor experience and willing to be certified to teach.
- Must have one (1) year experience managing continuous process improvement projects.

Travel Expectations: Travel is not required for this position.
