Accounting Specialist
ECORP Consulting, Inc. is looking for an energetic and resourceful Accounting Specialist who meets the following job requirements:
- Must have experience with Caltrans contracting and invoicing requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software. Knowledge of Deltek accounting software a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is desired.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and general office procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Maintain accounting files.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Sort, code, and match invoices. (TECs, expense reconciliation, etc.)
