What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing agent position at ECR LLC?
Description :
- Main contact for customers and tenants residing in units. Provide exceptional customer service and foster great relationships.
- Be a valuable part of the property management team and represent company in a professional manner at all times.
- Lead and manage the leasing process from guest card inquires to move in and all aspects in-between to achieve lease up and occupancy goals.
- Process applications and complete leases
- Manage move-in process with tenants
- Perform all activities related to the lease renewal process to obtain 70% resident retention among all properties.
- Respond promptly to all tenant inquires and follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Advertise and maintain marketing efforts to ensure units are full
- Ensure all processes are documented and recorded in property management software - AppFolio
Requirements :
Education / Knowledge
- Proficiency in current computer programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Other platforms and software used : AppFolio, Paylocity, Canva, YouTube, Hub by Amazon, Managed Wi-Fi.
Experience / Skills
- Leasing experience / property management
- Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of customer service work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Effective organization and prioritization of tasks is required.
Work Environment
- Office
- Travel to properties within 90 miles of Eau Claire
- Occasional nights and weekends for community events, open houses and showings
