ECS is seeking a Program Manager to work in our Hybrid / Fort Meade, MD office.
Job Description:
ECS seeks a Program Manager for its Web Content Filtering Support contract at the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA). The position is hybrid with requirements to work from the customer site at DISA HQ in Fort Meade, MD on average one or two days per week.
Serves as the project manager for the complex Web Content Filtering (WCF) task order and works closely with the Government Program Manager, Lead Engineer, and Contracting Officer Representative in the accomplishment of the program's mission. Responsible for the overall management of the task order and ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Supervises a team of up to ten technical professionals and provides expert technical advice, recommendations, and general support to the Government WCF Team.
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000

Required Skills:
- Ten or more years of experience managing technical projects.
- Hold or be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
- US Citizenship required per contract.
- Outstanding ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Network certification.
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desired Skills:
- Ten or more years of experience managing technical projects in a DoD environment.
- Experience providing technical support to DISA.
- Previous experience supporting DISA's Web Content Filtering program.
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile management certification.
- Security certification.
- Hold a DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
