What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Staff Project Manager position at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC?
- This position is supported by Project Managers and other Senior Staff positions and involves daily management of all phases of environmental projects to include proposal preparation, budgeting daily and ongoing activities, preparation of technical reports, review of daily field reports prepared by field staff, daily on-going client interaction, develop a client database, invoicing, and marketing
- You are expected to be able to display the ability to interact with senior staff members on various environmental projects and marketing initiatives
- Duties that may be in addition to project management tasks may include incidental fieldwork and other duties as assigned by Project Managers and other Senior Staff
- Performance of technical fieldwork including hazardous materials surveys, air sampling, moisture intrusion investigations, and indoor air quality assessments
- Experience with asbestos/lead/mold abatement preferred
- Current Asbestos and/or Lead Based Paint Inspector certifications/accreditations preferred
- Proposal and report preparation and peer review
- Client management and development
- Manage project budgets and prepare monthly invoices
- Training junior staff and managing projects with one or more field technicians on-site
- Maintaining a safe work environment for you and your co-workers
What We're Looking For
BS in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering or a related field required
0-3 years of related experience
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
