What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst Mid Level position at ECS?
Supports program management team whose core responsibilities may include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets. These activities will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a Position of Public Trust.
This job is currently remote but as of January 2022, we anticipate having to report to the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Pomona, NJ or Atlantic City, NJ office location.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s in business or Legal field of study with a minimum of 5 years related experience or Associates in a Business or Legal field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience or High School diploma and a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel as well as other excellent computer skills (MS Office including MS Project)
- FAA Procurement knowledge and history of generating Purchase Requisitions (PRs), tracking PRs and following up on their status while in the process.
- History of obtaining quotes from vendors preferred
- Knowledge of FAA’s Acquisition Management System (AMS) a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with professionals
