- The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
- Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
- Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
- Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Valid Driver's license
