Compensation – Our sales professionals receive a generous salary plan, commission and bonus potential. Hourly rate is based on experience and total salary is a combination of hourly, commission and bonus.

Responsibilities of our sales professional’s include:
- Meeting or exceeding all required sales goals and metrics.
- Ensuring showroom business development and sales strategies and successfully implemented.
- Building and managing long-term customer relationships to produce exceptional results.
- Providing consistent leadership and an unwavering commitment to world-class customer service.
The right candidates for our sales professional position will have:
- A history of demonstrated success in sales and/or customer service.
- Computer skills with RFMS and Mobile Measure a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
- A passion for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of floor coverings and the flooring industry is helpful
- A willingness to learn
