YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT MAITRE D' / HOST

This full-time hosting position with our hospitality team has the option to work daytime or evening shifts.

As a Restaurant Maitre D' / Host on our hospitality team, you are the first point of contact that guests experience when they visit our establishment. With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet each guest that enters our restaurant and lead them to their tables. You keep track of how many tables we have available and how long a potential wait is during our busy times. When needed, you help out with light cleaning and organization to keep our business in tip-top shape. Our guests are always satisfied with the customer service they receive when you're on duty. You enjoy getting the chance to meet new people while staying active all shift, which is why you thrive in this hosting position!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience in fine dining
• Experience with OpenTable reservation system
• Illinois BASSET alcohol certification
• Food handler certification
• Excellent customer service skills
