Requirements
EXPECTATIONS
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, chat, or email.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma (degree preferred)
- Computer skills
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- Fluent Spanish speakers a plus, but not required
We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires availability during our hours of operation :
Monday 8 : 00am-9 : 00pm
Thursday-Friday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm
