General welding and fabrication of the operation fleet, equipment, and building maintenance. Including repairs, improvements, and new equipment fabrication.
\n- Utilizes “STOP WORK AUTHORITY”.
- Works safely and efficiently, in accordance with Gladiator Energy policy and procedures.
- Practices safe handling techniques.
- Knows how to correctly create and follow JSA's by participating in pre-job safety meetings.
- Perform general welding repairs, improvements, and fabrication on oilfield service equipment.
- Visually inspect equipment for proper performance and detect faults and deficiencies.
- Understands blueprints and performs tasks as described.
- Coordinate with field staff on necessary equipment repairs.
- Perform large repair projects with minimal supervision.
- Performs DWS prequalified welds in GMAW/FCAW/SMAW.
- Other project as assigned by management.
- Ability to work a "20 Days On 10 Days Off" schedule and remain fit for duty.
- Ability to meet the physical, language, mathematical and reasoning ability requirements of the position.
