Immediate opening for a Project Superintendent for a traveling role. You must have five plus years of proven experience with pre-engineered metal buildings. This position is responsible for overseeing project from beginning to end.

Project Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Pre-Engineered metal buildings and erecting process.
  • You are responsible for the project's timely and cost-effective completion as well as the workers' safety and quality of work.
  • Build and maintain project schedule
  • Manage work teams, subcontractors, and the transportation of supplies and equipment to the construction site will be expected of you.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of contract drawings/specifications
  • Knowledge of all regulations to ensure all aspects of the project are compliant

Project Superintendent Qualifications:

  • 10 Years Previous experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
  • 5 Years as a Project Superintendent
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
  • A Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must
  • Lift certifications are a plus
  • OSHA cert is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
