Flint Steel Erectors is seeking a Foreman for our Metal Building Erection Team for the PEMB Erection industry. Flint Steel Erectors is growing quickly, and we are looking for skilled and dedicated team members.

A Foreman for Metal Building Erection at Flint Steel Erectors is required to have the following skills and/or perform the following duties:

  • Leadership experience
  • Management experience on a job site without supervision
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Stand columns
  • Assemble and install rafter sections
  • Install wall girts and purlins
  • Wall and roof insulation
  • Wall and roof panels
  • Metal Trim work experience
  • Working at heights
  • Aerial lift experience.
  • Blue print reading

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
