We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. This position will be responsible for hiring, staffing, and training Commercial Account Representatives along with the Area Sales Managers who manage the local teams. This position is also responsible for the commercial sales performance in each of our expanding markets and reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of growing Commercial Sales Representatives
- Identify and prospect new markets in the nation to grow our commercial business
- Achieve personal and company sales goals
- Recruit and hire for Commercial Sales Representatives throughout the nation
- Ensure that KPIs are met with exactness through one-on-one interactions
- Profit and Loss responsibility for each commercial market
- Hold high standards for of quality and integrity of for commercial services and customer satisfaction
- Properly train Commercial Sales Representatives to inspect and problem solve pest control solutions for customers
- Strategically plan and execute annual growth and expansion
- Maintain an encouraging culture to inspire Commercial Sales Representatives
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B commercial pest control leadership experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Must be willing to relocate within servicing markets
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Valid driver's license
