Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of a rapidly accelerating, growth-stage real estate technology company. This individual will have significant exposure to senior leadership and will be relied upon to deliver critical information in the strategic decision-making process of the firm. The successful candidate will have experience working closely with Sales and Operations teams to improve and standardize processes and will also have the desire to identify and take on new challenges. This role also requires partnering with IT to develop data analysis tools that will help drive strategic decisions. This position offers rapid growth opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting
- Responsible for the key success metrics for Forecasting; implement next generation forecasting metrics. Independently identify opportunities to apply analytics to existing datasets to unlock insights that can improve business performance and define go-forward strategy implications.
- Set, maintain, and continuously adjust a company forecasting methodology based on historical data to accurately forecast quarterly and annual bookings.
- Lead regular pipeline reviews with Sales leadership and Interface with Sales to align on process and cadence, ensuring the tools and processes align to the business needs today and in the future.
- Mine and develop business critical sales and revenue insights to create, improve, and maintain key dashboards for the Executive Management team, which includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, among others.
- Mine critical data and work directly with key Sr. Management on critical strategic market expansion and long-range market development projects.
- Support the strategic planning process, the annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythm of business by designing, creating, and providing in-depth business analytics.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.
Process Innovation
- Help maximize utility for existing tools, CRM systems, etc.
- Find opportunities to automate manual processes and improve Sales team's efficiency.
- Train Sales users on new capabilities and processes; including preparing any key training materials to use internally.
- Help resolve daily sales operations challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, database products (PowerBI, MS Access, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and metrics into predictable business insights
- A high sense of urgency, strong initiative, and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong planning and project management skills, including high level of personal adaptability.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly and the desire to grow a business.
- Bachelors’ degree in business, finance, engineering, or other similar discipline preferred.
