Job Description
Title: Senior Help Desk Technician
Location: Portland, OR (97209) / Hybrid
Employment Type: 12 Month w2 Contract to Hire (no c2c or sponsorship available)
Job Description:
This opportunity is with a established enterprise company in Portland, OR metro area. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in end-user support and executing device lifecycle management activities. Additionally, you’ll need technical expertise in Deskside support and Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues.
Desirable Education/Experience:
- 5 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting corporate AV equipment
- 5 years of experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- 5 years of experience supporting Telephony equipment.
- 5 years Mac OS experience a Plus
- MCP, MSCE, A a Plus
