- This position manages all aspects of the food production for the assigned restaurant or outlet, including food preparation according to the description.
- Adhere to sanitation practices. Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
- Set up a station with a predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions.
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Assist servers, bartenders, dishwashers when necessary.
- Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet.
- Consult with Chef on a daily basis as well as with other departments that are directly related to the Food & Beverage Department.
High school or equivalent education required. One year of cook experience is preferred. Prior hospitality experience preferred. The day shift position is FT, Seasonal, and must be able to work hours from 7 am to 7 pm. PM position must be able to work evening hours of 2 pm to 10 pm including weekends and holidays.
