Executive Assistant opportunity to support our client located at the
Savannah River Site.

Executive Assistant
Job Description:
A professional who is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. An executive assistant also filters and prioritizes client visits or phone calls and communicates on behalf of the executive they support.
Duties:
- Perform, as a generalist, a variety of administrative and technical functions in the organizational unit by supporting/assisting administrative, technical, and/or management personnel.
- Manage online calendar schedule for multiple managers.
- Prepare documents in order to be scanned into the Document Control (EDWS) system and maintain records.
- Gather information and prepare weekly, monthly reports and presentations and distribute accordingly.
- Assist with drafting and distributing facility wide communications.
- Review and answer correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Organize and proofread documents and emails.
- Establish and maintain filing system.
- Operate copiers, scanners, printers, and other office equipment required to perform assignments.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies using Puridiom and maintains adequate supplies for management team and support teams.
- Perform clerical functions such as taking dictation, transcribe, compile/arrange and type a variety of interoffice memoranda, letters, reports and other business correspondence.
- Answer telephone, take messages, relay or record information received and distribute accordingly.
- Communicate issues to supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor’s degree (any field) is preferred
Experience:
- Five years of practical experience in a technical, business or administrative area.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and FileMaker Pro,
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to compile, store and retrieve management data, using a computer.
- Ability to work with different levels of management to achieve desired results.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Proficient with Asset Suite, Puridiom, and EDWS
Work Hours:
Typically, a 4/10 schedule. The normal work location for this position will be an office building.
