Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, maintain inventory, jointly manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that employees are competent in all store functions
- Achieve excellent Guest Service metrics
- Promote Edible products and services
- Successfully handle service issues and intervene when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain impeccable Edible franchise system standards
- Ensure employee and food safety
Skills/Qualifications we seek:
- Restaurant / Food / Hospitality management (preferred)
- ServSafe Manager (preferred)
- If not already certified, must be willing to take paid training and test to achieve certification
- Working knowledge of food and inventory control
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Manage store operations independently and effectively
- Guest service talent
- Great interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Math and money handling competency
- Valid Michigan driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must pass auto policy insurability screening
- Holiday availability is required (closed Christmas Day)
- Willing to train/work at more than one location
- Communicate your track record of success and a proven ability to effectively perform the tasks outlined above at previous / current employer(s)
