Position Overview:
Edison’s Supply Advisory team partners with our clients by working with internal decision-makers to procure natural gas and electricity while managing market risk. The Energy Supply Advisor is responsible for leading client relationships, creating and executing energy strategy and ensuring efficient delivery of service to accounts.
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exemplary service to clients
- Collaborate with clients to provide meaningful reports and other deliverables
- Retain client revenue by delivering proactive, efficient, and accurate deliverables while managing scope of services
- Grow relationships by focusing on client satisfaction and collaborating with Account Management to surface opportunities
- Proactively monitor all activities and issues related to the customer
- Monitor and research market and regulatory issues to educate clients and team on potential impact
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for client decisions

Support Sr. Energy Supply Advisors and Principal Energy leaders
- Collect client data as needed and on a regular basis
- Organize and manipulate client data into actionable information for team
- Prepare presentations for internal and external use
- Create document and spreadsheet templates
- Complete special projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of energy market experience at any of the following: end-user organization in an energy-procurement role, energy utility, energy supplier or energy consulting firm
- Basic understanding of energy markets and corporate energy procurement strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Must be highly organized and able to advise multiple clients and manage respective internal teams.
- Must possess strong analytical skills
- Must communicate professionally, both written and verbal

- Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting)
