Edlen is looking for customer service oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. Applicants must have the motivation to learn our business and provide the best customer service in the industry while working in a fast paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Set-up and maintain user accounts
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of helpdesk system
- Track software and hardware inventory
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Skills
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Working knowledge of software (i.e. Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Google, Adobe, Nitro) and hardware (i.e. Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, other office equipment)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Team player
- Eagerness to learn
- Available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 5 am - 5 pm to support the business needs across the country
- Able to work onsite in an office.
- Must have reliable transportation to occasionally, travel to worksites in the Las Vegas market.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
