We are seeking a proactive and driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at EDM Network. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying and securing new clients to expand our market footprint and contribute to our overall growth. Your expertise in sales strategies, client management, and market analysis will play a critical role in driving our business success.

Compensation and commission structure :

  • Base Salary: $36,000.00 annually, subject to standard payroll practices and deductions.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000.00 Including the base salary and the potential for bonuses, your OTE is designed to reward high performance.
  • Commission structure :
  • Enterprise Accounts : $250.00 flat commission for Enterprise funded campaigns.
  • Retail sales: 5% commission per funded retail sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Network professionally through industry events, social media platforms, and other channels to generate leads.
  • Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and -face-to-face meetings to introduce our services/products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for different client segments.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services and update potential clients on new developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Track and report on the status of client acquisition efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with sales figures and forecasts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
