What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental representative position at EDS Service Solutions?
EDS Service Solutions seeks friendly, smiling faces with good communication to work as body Damage Agents.
You'll be the first point of contact at our operations. This position is responsible for greeting our customers upon arriving at our rental location.
You will assist with the check-in of the renter's vehicle and vehicle details.
Pay Rate : $16 Weekly Pay!
Location : Near to Chicago O'Hare Airport
Shift : open availability
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Redirecting and Identifying vehicles, that are being returned, checking time or mileage, and verifying their movement to the proper lot location.
- Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding
- Help customers find exits
- Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
- Transport vehicles within the site from one location to another
- Perform safe driving practices and ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
- Greeting customers , guiding them to exits, answering any questions they may have
- You will assist to scan cars to the return car rental lanes.
Requirements :
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid US driver's license.
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- Must be able to work outside year-round
- No need but prefer bilingual people.
