Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, both from internal sources and external prospecting efforts. Effectively track and manage the flow of incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and appropriate allocation.
- Create and maintain accurate and insightful sales reports to provide visibility into sales performance, lead conversion rates, cost of leads, and other key metrics. Use these
- Analyze lead data to identify patterns and insights that can inform sales strategies and improve overall lead generation and conversion processes.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing sales processes. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal groups to implement process improvements.
- Provide essential support to the sales team by assisting with tasks such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating sales meetings, and handling customer inquiries when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in providing sales support, including lead tracking, reporting, and list management is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and maintain the highest quality standards in all tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation is required.
- Strong online research skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant market data.
- Previous experience with CRM tools like ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, or other Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the sales team and other departments.
