We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our clients’ team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of the sales department, the Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes. This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, as it encompasses various responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, both from internal sources and external prospecting efforts. Effectively track and manage the flow of incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and appropriate allocation.
  • Create and maintain accurate and insightful sales reports to provide visibility into sales performance, lead conversion rates, cost of leads, and other key metrics. Use these
  • Analyze lead data to identify patterns and insights that can inform sales strategies and improve overall lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing sales processes. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal groups to implement process improvements.
  • Provide essential support to the sales team by assisting with tasks such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating sales meetings, and handling customer inquiries when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing sales support, including lead tracking, reporting, and list management is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and maintain the highest quality standards in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation is required.
  • Strong online research skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant market data.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools like ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, or other Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools will be advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the sales team and other departments.
  • The candidate should be a quick study, able to grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is capable of working independently while contributing to the team's goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.50 per hour
