· Provide direct supervision to the Opioid Grant Career Advisors
· Assist with logistically coordinating projects assigned to the team to ensure that they are being done efficiently and have the best possible outcomes
Responsibilities
· Liaise with funder, employer, and other partner stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
· Support overall project management with other duties as assigned, including recruitment and selection of participants, workshops, trainings, information sessions, program monitoring, and report writing.
· Assist with the collection of data and metrics; assist with production and delivery of project materials and curriculum
· Responsible for maintaining direct reports and data on each special project/program
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
· Works with funders to implement vision established
· Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
· Facilitate meetings with project team, assign tasks, and distribute minutes of meetings.
· Documenting in CWDS and providing follow-up of client’s needs and barriers while ensuring solutions are put in place as project evolves
· Work directly with the rehabilitation centers to establish partnerships
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
· Maintain a resource list of all contact persons necessary for the implementation of projects/events
· Other opportunities as available
Qualifications
· Human Services and/or Project Management background required
· BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
· Excellent knowledge of the Delaware County region is preferred
· Good interpersonal skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
· Comfortable with local travel
· Excellent writing and proofing skills
· Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
