Department: Home Office Real Estate- Facilities
Responsible for the management of all Home Office Real Estate interior design, space planning and occupancy planning. Coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver projects with minimum impact to associates or business operations. This includes management and coordination of all aspects of an interior architecture and/or space planning project: programming, design, cost estimating, resource allocations, logistics, schedule facilitation and completion follow through.
Responsible for the management of all Home Office Real Estate interior design, space planning and occupancy planning. Coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver projects with minimum impact to associates or business operations. This includes management and coordination of all aspects of an interior architecture and/or space planning project: programming, design, cost estimating, resource allocations, logistics, schedule facilitation and completion follow through.
- Collaborate with business areas across all levels of the firm to understand business requirements related to workflow, associate, storage and equipment needs.
- Shape strategy by working in partnership with other leaders to plan and execute the Facilities business plan.
- Align team activities with Facilities' business objectives.
- Prioritize and guide leaders on use of the firm's financial resources related to project costs
- Coordinate service delivery and manage relationship between Edward Jones and external vendor/service providers
- Participate on cross-functional project teams
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans and relationships within and across teams, business areas, and service providers/vendors.
- Develop and execute ongoing improvements to processes related to Facilities.
- Development and leadership of Facilities associates
- Promote the achievement of meaningful results & set high standards of performance for team.
- Select, train, coach, and motivate associates to achieve desired results.
- Create a service orientation and quality assurance plans to promote high quality service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of industry codes and firm policies and procedures to manage associates performance and service delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise and management of the functional responsibilities which will include Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Interior Design.
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Architecture or Interior Design.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Eight to ten years of related business experience which should include FF&E and Interior Design.
Proven leadership skills with demonstrated achievement of increasing levels of responsibility.
Proffecient in AutoCAD and Revit
NCIDQ certification preferred.
