Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Carmel, IN! This is a paid internship, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. The internship duration is negotiable and can range from three to six months, depending on the candidate's availability and the company's needs.

What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Intern?

• Assist with the management of marketing projects from start to finish, including research, planning, and execution.
• Facilitate the development of maps for new and existing assets to be used for digital marketing, supported by analytics linked to revenue management.
• Collaborate on the development of renderings for new and renovation properties, ensuring they are accurate with timely deliverables.
• Assist with content creation and builds for various marketing channels, including social media, GBP for new and renovation assets.
• Assist with development of industry award submissions, including photo shoots, writing and proof-reading
• Conduct market research and analysis to support new development marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and property management, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
• Attend and assist with events and promotions, as needed.
• Provide support to the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as nudge campaigns, GBP updates, EliseAI knowledge center and online marketplace materials.

What are the role requirements?

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably marketing, communication or a related field with two years of completed coursework
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, General use of Adobe Creative
• Digital creative design experience is a plus, but not required.
