- Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients
- Answer busy phone line systems and handle customer inquiries, give updates, confirm appointments with customers, direct calls to appropriate staff and take detailed messages
- Submit HOA packets for new roof and solar projects
- Post and maintain Indeed ads for our company and schedule interview times for managers
- Data entry and other clerical duties as directed
- Stay organized and punctual in all tasks
