What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our leadership team and PEO when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances
- Assist with benefits administration and answering employee-related questions and concerns
- Assist in the following hiring needs: posting positions, managing our applicant tracking system, working with managers to ensure the hiring process is followed, creating and sending offer letters, working with PEO and internal parties to ensure smooth onboarding of applicants
- Assist in planning and executing regular company activities to build engagement with employees
- Coordinating graceful offboarding of departing employees
- Manage our office space by reporting any needs to our property management company, managing access to the office, and keeping things within the office well-stocked and neat to ensure employee effectiveness
- Reviewing semi-monthly payroll for accuracy
- Assisting annually to renew various compliance and security certifications

- Three years or more of human resource experience preferred
