The HR Administrator at EG4 is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department with the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. The right candidate for this role should display a passion for people, processes and procedures to help foster EG4 as an employer of choice.
A successful candidate must be able to:

Assist with the day to day duties of the HR team including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and preparing reports

Draft HR templates as needed and assigned by the Sr Manager of HR

Update HR databases (new hires, separations, leave balances. benefits etc.) ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations

Draft and file unemployment claims

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports as needed for management review

Maintain manager and employee confidence by keeping sensitive information confidential

Creating onboarding plans and assisting newly hired employees by educating them on HR policies, internal procedures and processes

Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the HR department’s objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in HR or similar field where discretion and confidentiality are a critical component

Education and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources is preferred
