Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Account Manager at EG4, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our distribution network. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around fostering strong relationships with our current distribution partners, promoting EG4 products, and providing support to ensure their success. This position requires frequent travel, with an estimated expectation of 50% of your time spent on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners through regular communication and visits. Act as the primary point of contact for all their needs and concerns related to EG4 products.
2. Promotion of EG4 Products: Develop and execute strategies to promote EG4 products effectively within distributor networks. This may include organizing product demonstrations, conducting training sessions, and providing marketing materials.
3. Coordinate Training: Collaborate with internal teams to organize training sessions for distribution partners to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of EG4 products and how to effectively sell them.
4. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials tailored to the needs of distribution partners. Provide guidance on how to effectively utilize these materials to drive sales.
5. Promotional Activities: Work with distribution partners to plan and implement promotional activities aimed at increasing sales and market share for EG4 products.
6. Business Challenges: Act as a liaison between distribution partners and EG4 to address any business challenges they may encounter. Provide timely solutions and support to help overcome obstacles and drive mutual success.
7. Advocate for Distributors: Serve as the voice of our distribution partners within EG4, advocating for their needs and priorities to ensure their concerns are heard and addressed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field.
