What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Manager (CSM) position at Egeneral Products?
We are an ecommerce company hiring a customer service manager. As an ecommerce company, our presence is solely online and our company goal is keep our customers happy. The day to day activities heavily involve communicating with external customers and with our internal team. The role requires the person able to multitask, have organization, planning, and executing abilities with minimal error.
He/She will be responsible for the following task.
1. Respond to daily incoming customer inquiries via email/phone. Daily volume of emails between 50-80.
2. Responding to disputes on eCommerce Marketplaces such as customer stating item wasn’t received, or received damaged etc.
3. Assigning work and provide support to subordinate. Provide training to existing or new staff.
4. Posting videos to social media (video will be provided, do not need to create)
5. Coordinating with other departments to complete task/project
6. Maintaining customer satisfaction based on KPI metrics
6. Other office tasks
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3 Years relevant experience such as customer service manager or ecommerce manager
3. Capable of making reasonable judgments, be able to assess a situation and come up with a solution.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
