Location: Evangelical Home - Saline

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus On-Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing on quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and Performance Improvement Plans to elevate resident care
• Oversee training, orientation, and competency evaluations of newly hired nursing department staff.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and support readiness for state surveys and compliance checks
• Oversee Infection Control program, staff education, and stage regulatory compliance audits in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the quality standards and care programs at Evangelical Home - Saline
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, but we welcome Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) nearing RN licensure
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility is essential
• Preferred experience in infection control, education, quality assurance, and performance improvement programs (QAPI)
• Strong understanding of state surveys, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement plans
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with Excel and PointClickCare (PCC) is highly desired
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and leadership
• Managerial experience in a healthcare or nursing environment is preferred
