Can you have the best of both worlds in one job? I think so. EHS Recruiting Company is looking to grow our team of hospitality recruiters in the Raleigh area.

Our current team is comprised of former restaurant operations gurus who were looking to stay in the industry, but with more flexibility, autonomy, and income potential.

Imagine..never working on a holiday again! No need to bust your hump on the weekends, either!

A good fit would :

• Have a hospitality background (a plus but not required) or a recruiting background and a knack for sales
• Can easily home in on clients' needs and act and prioritize accordingly
• Is motivated by data and goals
• Is highly personable, enjoys collaboration, and works independently
• Can sit at a desk for 40 hours a week

Compensation : Commission Only (Uncapped earning potential-first year typically $50-70k, but can easily get to over $100k)

Commute : NONE! You get to work out of your home! No more wasting time driving in traffic and you get to save money on gas!

Each EHS recruiter technically works for themselves, but our whole / team is greater than the sum of its parts. Our collaborative nature helps everyone - as well as our office - learn, grow, and achieve.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with a background in hospitality, recruiting, sales, a knack for upselling, and a personable and driven personality.

Our office culture can be described as casual yet focused, and our team strives to support each other and have fun at work.

We need to make sure you understand a couple of things upfront

1) This is a commission-based job, there is no salary. You get paid for placing candidates with companies. This means it will be 2-3 months till the money really starts coming in.

Now the money is very good and the quality of life is amazing but you need to have some funds built up to live on for 2-3 months.

2) There are two weeks of training in Sarasota Florida. This is crucial as recruiting is a challenging job but with our training and systems, we have had amazing success with developing recruiters .

You will work remotely and you will have a mentor(s) that will call and help you daily until you are comfortable on your own.

I don't have to work on holidays, if I am sick, I can still work from my laptop! Everyone is always available, communicative, and approachable, even the President of the company!
